Mosaic Restaurant
Mosaic Restaurant
Princeton University Art Museum
Set atop the third floor of the Princeton University Art Museum, with indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks the picturesque campus, Mosaic is an homage to creativity in all its forms.
The restaurant takes its name from the Museum’s ancient Roman mosaics—among the great historical strengths in our collections—and from the handmade painted tile mosaic adorning the restaurant's north wall, fabricated by artisans in Mexico and inspired by artist Odilon Redon.
Our menu, beverage program, tableware, and hospitality are an extension of the Princeton University Art Museum experience, where every detail reflects artistry and intention.
We hope that you will see the restaurant as a mosaic, where each element has been thoughtfully chosen to celebrate sustainability, craft, and culture. We invite you to savor not only what's on your plate but the entire composition.
