From the President: Leadership Transition at Experience Princeton

Dear Experience Princeton and Community Members:
I write to share news of an important leadership transition for our organization.
After almost three years of dedicated service, our founding Executive Director, Isaac D. Kremer, MSARP, will be stepping down effective as of August 6, 2025. As many of you know, Isaac played a pivotal role in launching Experience Princeton, obtaining our Main Street New Jersey designation along with grant funding, while also helping to shape our direction during these foundational years. We thank him for his work and wish him well in his future endeavors.
The Board of Experience Princeton is actively guiding the organization during this transition. A Selection Team has been formed and is already at work identifying a dynamic leader to serve as our next full-time Executive Director. In the meantime, the Board is in the process of solidifying an interim leadership solution that will ensure the organization’s day-to-day functions will continue uninterrupted and the transition to new, permanent leadership goes smoothly.
This marks an exciting new chapter in our organization’s history—building on the strong foundation of our first three years and stepping forward into a future defined by community building, economic vitality, and strategic promotion of the Princeton experience.
As always, our mission remains unchanged: to shape, maintain, and grow a flourishing Princeton economy by offering an exceptional experience for residents and visitors; and to advocate for a robust and diverse business community through strong partnerships.
Our next Executive Director will be charged with advancing this mission and ushering in the next phase of growth and impact.
Thank you for your continued support, your engagement and your belief in the future of our town. Should you have suggestions to assist in the transition, my contact information follows. We look forward to sharing more updates soon—and to continuing the important work we do together to make Princeton thrive.
Warm regards,

Aubrey W. Haines, President
